The Greenbriar Newsletter has been distributed with information regarding the directory and dues.  There have been some questions regarding our HOA and dues that may be helpful for others in the neighborhood as well. Our HOA is not legally bound (if it were, dues would be significantly higher as issues would need to be discussed with a lawyer).  The goal of our HOA is not to penalize anyone but to keep one another accountable with upkeep of our individual properties, collect dues for maintenance of our front entry and sign and encourage comradery and a sense of community.  Concern was raised as to how funds were utilized and tracked and as outlined in the Newsletter, lighting of the entrance is $44/mo and Landscaping is $135/mo.
There will be a meeting for the entire neighborhood in March of 2017 and more specific financial information will be presented at that time.
We hope this information eases some concerns, if you have additional concerns or questions, please feel free to discuss these with your block captains or officers listed under the "Leadership" section.

Why you should pay your dues...

If you ever give your guests directions to your home and tell them to turn at the "Greenbriar" sign, you are benefiting from the upkeep of the Greenbriar sign and entrance!   Dues are used to pay for landscaping, mowing and lighting of the sign.  Dues are only $25 and payment can be remitted to Lilly Li at 806 Billmark.  Please do your part and share in this responsibility.
Thank you!
